Digital Poster Submission Guidelines General Information

    Abstracts must include title, authors, and affiliations, and should be written in English in a clear, concise, and structured (following  a Background - Methods - Results - Discussion structure). The maximum length is 500 words. P

    Suggested length and format:
    Maximum length: 500 words
    Language: English
    Use a standard font (e.g., Arial or Calibri)
    Do not include images, tables, figures, or references in the abstract

    Review Process
    Abstracts will be evaluated based on scientific rigor, quality, originality, clarity, and relevance to the congress topics


    Posters must be uploaded in digital format using the form below.
    Accepted posters will be displayed on the main screen for a large audience. 

    Please prepare the poster as a single slide in 16:9 landscape format. The recommended size is 1920 × 1080 pixels. Posters should be submitted as a PDF or a PowerPoint file.

    Use large fonts throughout: the title should be at least 60 pt, section headings at least 36 pt, and body text at least 24 pt. Use high-contrast colors and avoid overcrowding the slide. Short text, bullet points, figures, and diagrams are preferred over long paragraphs.

    The poster should include the following sections: title, authors and affiliations, background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. References and acknowledgements may be included if needed.

    All images and graphs must be high resolution, and any text within figures must remain readable when projected on a large screen.
